GodIsBiafran:So the fact that we do not want to be part of your proposed nation means we oppose you? It is myopic people like you that give birafra agitators a bad name... You are no better than the 'oppressor' you claim to be fighting if you can say our refusal to be conscripted into the biafra nation is tantamount to igbo hating... Abeg ehn, use your iroro. |

I am an Igbo man, I served in mereje okpe LGA, near effurun warri. The people there are so funny and interesting to be with. Their pidgin is so funny that I got all my ribs crack e.g. Uncle le I never chop.. All ethnic group has its strengths and weaknesses, so let's stop the e-ethnic war. Thank you |

AkinPhysicist:Why can't you be happy gir other people just this once in your life, it won't kill you. It must not always be about your tribe. Once it's your tribe now, you'd begin to disturb and even attack other tribes on it. But if it's another person doing the sane thing, it becomes self servicing to you. It's a pity and to think that some people are canvassing for southern unity while these kind of folks still go about hating on fellow southerners makes one take the whole of south as a senseless set of youths not ready to move forward. |

Amarabae:Don't mind the mugu! Left for me, the Igbos can be found mainly in Enugu, Anambra, Ebonyi, Abia and Imo. Any other person or group that wants to identify with us can go ahead. There's no point speaking on their behalf. |

My pidgin english strong kakaraka, and if u na my mainest na pidgin we go use dey yarn majorly but the truth is it has never and will never impede my ability to speak the queen's english... Its almost like you saying that your ability to speak your native language impedes the fluency of your english or that been multilingual is impossible... If you cant switch seamlessly between this sweeeet pidgin and posh english at will then its your fault not the language's fault... Waff pidgin is... And will always be bae |

afonjaheadhunt:Let them speak for themselves bro! Don't speak on their behalf. We have been doing great and will continue to do great even with out small 5 south eastern States so I don't see any need in forcing some Igbo speaking ones outside to be part of us. If they wish, they can claim it themselves and speak to the world about their origin. Otherwise, let's learn to fight for ourselves. |

afonjaheadhunt:There isn't any need for engagement because you actually know that you're bringing shame to is as a whole. The Igbo's as a hustling ethnic group shouldn't have this amount if time to fight over irrelevancies but here you are disgracing us. I'm so ashamed of you bro! |

fratermathy:Do yourself a favour and keep Igbo out of your threads and see how that goes. You are fond of making misconstrued statements. For general info,Igbo is not a single tribe, but a collection of tribes and people who are classified by their common language.you often claim Anioma as being non-igbo,kindly go to Ibuza or ogwashiuku and say that at loud and see their reaction.all Igbo speakers have their various origins, but the language holds them together. Nobody is claiming anybody or making anybody minority. It is what it is.Personally,I grew up with uhrobos in lagos and have nothing but love for them.I think you need to respectfully stop throwing shades their way and leave them to sort out their own problems. SycophanticGoat:first I think you are mistaking me for another moniker, secondly I only speak out and correct falsehood propagated against my people on this forum then again I defend my own on this platform against tribalist masking under the guise of one Nigerian to sell lies to the world about the great Igbo nation. In regards this thread I only commented for one reason, of which one of the Urhobo-isoko sons have rightly apologized and the OP modified his thread to match the realities on ground and everyone went to bed feeling good, so what's the wrong there or how does that translate to embarrassing my own people. |

SycophanticGoat:God bless you. I did a research and discovered that Rwanda is just the size of south east yet rwanda is a country. Enough of these messing around with these people with identity crisis. Giving them attention is the cause of their misbehave. |

afonjaheadhunt:Bro, except you're from Delta, Rivers, etc, when you see these kind of posts, just ignore. However, if you're from Delta or Rivers and want to speak about your Igboness, then go ahead. I've seen several cases where Igbo's from SE comes in defence of Igbo's from SS and next thing you know some people claiming to be from those Ikwerre, Ika, etc, came out to bash Igbo's from SE calling us land grabbers. Although it can't be ascertained if they're actually from those places (due to how some tribes impersonate others on NL) but we have to learn to respect ourselves and allow those Igbo's speak first before we join them and speak in unison. Otherwise, we'll be disgracing ourselves. Nigeria has this attitude of labelling SS, Igbos when they commit crimes but are quick to call us land grabbers when we tag those same Igbos as Igbos. But we all see through that; however, we have to allow the people most affected to speak first before we do same. |
