So the form says reference letter from your previous and current employer. My NOC for the application is for my prvious job between 2007-2012 . So the only reference I need is from this job and not my current employer right and include my present job in my personal details


Then for someone who is self employed what proof of employment woukd he submit- certificate of incopration ,tax returns , company bank statement . Is there any other thing?

Then for certificates I have a diploma and degree certificate . I only evaluated my degree , is that the only certificate and my eca/ielts I would upload or I have to upload my diploma ( I only have a statement of result)

I am widely travelled. I am currently applying to get a job through an agent so I could get a work permit in Canada. As I do currently have unresolved issue with the US embassy due to my 6months stay even though I tried to explain that it was due to health conditions. I am curious to know if the denial of my renewed US Visa can bring about a denial of my Canadian work permit.

Log out. Wait for some hours and log back in.

Don't panic...you sound like you are, lol. Worst case scenario, you attach it to the relevant document and scan both the LOE + document as a single file.

Lets know if you get this sorted.

1. NOC is the qualification of your job . Google NOC to know what your NOC for your present job is. NOC is for your job description not your degree qualification.

4google WES and check their website to know what you need to do . I would suggest you use IQAS(google it too) they have a faster turn around time

5 you evaluate your highest educational qualifications

6 if you don't get 67 out of hundred you can't proceed

Finally google immigrate to canada and that website will give you and insight to what the process is about . Read this forum from the first page to the last , else you will keep asking questions that you may not get answers to

Have you provided your agent with this info ? What did he say ? By the way if you are not in canada the possibilities of getting a job is next to zero. If you are in Nigeria take it as zero . If your agent is promising you a job , he wants to eat your money . This is a DIY forum , read from page zero to the end . Its as easy as it can be(the process)

Absolutely correct! I don't think you need a LOE for your previous employment since you are not claiming points for them. Just list the ones you aren't claiming points for under your personal history, shikena.

Is this for IQAS? I doubt they will but please call them and in the place for explanation state the reasons why you can't send your cerificate . WES however collects statement of result . When you find out from IQAS pls post their response here thanks
