it is good to know that they Pay higher, but I prefer government appointment that pays half of the salaries they are paid, and did I forget to mention, I have always wondered how backward their services are, UBA banks I have gone to, in the whole banking hall u will see only 2 people attending to their customers while other computer space are left empty making u waste more time in their bank. mtweeew

This info is not totally correct because at uba you start as a GT(graduate trainee) with a salary of about 80k a month. And will only earn the stated amount if you are promoted to ET. It used to be the said amount but things have changed in the bank.

Their staffs aren't motivated. And again, their working environment isn't encouraging.
