Please if you are sure that you have already know the state that you wish to serve in and you have somebody that works in a company or any organisation,ministry,CBN,NAFDAC, and others, that you are very very sure (100%) that can help you get a PPA in one of the above mentioned,please it's better you get a request letter from them first before going to camp.
REASON; when you get to camp,they will give you a choice of getting a request from anywhere you will like to do your PPA and submit it to the NYSC official or your platoon officer(its for dos that have somewhere already oo, if you don't have,then hope on God for your PPA posting) and they have a deadline for submission of the request letter while you are in camp.thatnk you.

na Kadunna u wan go, i fit still show there, u never can tell. The only problem i have with Kadunna outside their insecurity wahala, na d Governor, Nasir El-rufai, na very mean man with a bad reputation already, i no kneed such insensitive person to be my Governor, that man no just sane.
Why do u want to go to Kadunna?

Again, please don't listen to anybody that will tell you to join any group in camp that they will help you with your posting. It's a lie!!
If you want to join any group,join them because you want to learn something from them,don't join them because you want to influence your posting. Some of the groups are; OBS, band group, parade, Red cross, social committee, SAED committee,man O' war and others. Some of them after joining,will still find themselves in the village. Some will go and stress themselves out all in the name of parade under the sun or in the rain,with hope that they will give them good PPA,cos the NYSC officials will collect the names and code nos of those that paraded. its a lie!
The names and the code nos they collected simple means that you will be assigned to a particular CDS,some might end up having a different CDS from that. someone like me, I participated in dancing and drama while in camp,they collected our code nos on stage,but I finally decided to go for FRSC CDS,which is the best for me cos I'm one of the EXCOS and we are planning for a project right now.
I'm not saying that participating in any activities in camp are not good,but don't be deceived, hustle your way yourself,if you know any real NYSC official,that will help you,meet that person,and also pray,cos they might finish helping you and at the end of the day,the company will reject you,so many of my friends and people I know have not gotten a PPA up till now,they rejected some.
Someone like me,i didn't know anybody before going to camp(FCT) but when I got to camp,from one event to another,fate lead me to one of my aunt who works in NYSC, ICT dept, that I never knew,from the same village,simply because I was asked my surname,she was the one that helped me to where I'm working now.
So my dear put God first and still shine you eyes. And for the girls, please don't sleep with any soldier,they can never,i repeat, THEY CAN NEVER help you with you posting. camp armies don't have the right to influence posting. Thank you.

A serving corper told me , we will need to do the biometric first b4 we can choose state and complete the reg.. I guess its folks wit thumbprint machine dt'll enjoy dt midnyt..

I don't really get that,but what I can tell you is that when it comes to PPA,private firms are always quick to accept coppers(i.e if they have space for you oo) more than government firms,govt can delay hell out of you. I could remember when I was in camp earlier this year,i was asked to go and get anywhere I want to serve by someone I know in camp,so a friend of mine that was also following me in camp begged me to help her out,so my aunt asked her to get hers,she got hers,private firm and I got mine,federal ministry. But could you believe that she was accepted that very day that we came out from camp, while it took the ministry 3 good weeks to accept me.
The protocols in govt firms are always much,you have to wait till your file goes from one office to another, before they will finally accept you.
