Interestingly, I had a go at ME 2 and 3 and didn't like them but ME:A turns out to be a very interesting game. I haven't stopped playing it. It Is very involved and the missions are nicely varied. Good balance with the actions-shooter, building relationships with Allies, Upgrades, Squad control and power mods
The media focused a lot on the bugs but what game gets released without bugs? Bugs that make a game unplayable are the serious ones (like Hitman 2016, bugged with server connection drops). ME:A remained playable.
A patch has since being released that addresses most of the initial bugs

I'm playing mea, and it's great. Americans etal are too spolit and whiny imho. This is not like me3 and its lousy ending.

Nier: Automata, RE7, Horizon, final fantasy 15, The last guardian(the last two were in production for close to a decade)

Point remains, why even bother releasing the game and get poor ratings off metacritic than waiting until it's all tested and bug-proof before release.

Who says it's not interesting? Don't get me wrong(even though I expected more of surfing the galaxy manually like in no man's sky, which so happens to now be in cut scenes and shiit), I'm happy with the way it turned out, sort of.

I do want the game(if that's what's making u sound like a dick) I just ain't paying for half rates with tired faces and wobbly physics.

I don't need to play the trilogy to understand this biitch for it to be considered a good standalone game. If I won't get the game until I've played the trilogy then bioware has gone to shiit, no thanks to EA.

They should take a chip or two from nier.

They've succeded in making the whole galaxy seem more shrunken than is necessary.

I'm very new to Mass Effect and I meant to write ME1 n 2. Only came about ME when Andromeda was to be released. At the time I got ME 1 free on Origin which was a waste lol. Then 2 and couldn't latch on knowing Andromeda was coming out, I guess. It's a very involved game.

Was having some frustrating lag issues and mea forcing itself to low graphics settings. (960m, i7 16gb) For some very odd reason, the exe priority in cpu was at idle. Idle, not low, not normal, idle. And I could not raise it. I spent a lot of yesterday trying to sort it out. Eventually I ran as Admin. Once I did that I was able to set the exe priority to high. I then set graphics to medium, no stuttering whatsoever. Will try to take graphics to high today.

You want a broken game, Arkham Knight or assassins creed unity is it.

The game is great, beautiful Vistas, great combat. It has a lot of the elements of ME1. Weapons at levels 1 to 10. Omni gel. .

Mea is the first game in a new trilogy. There will always be bugs. More so when they have moved to a new engine (the first trilogy ran on unreal engine)

There is no new product, be it win 10, ios, Microsoft Office, autocad, the iPhone, that will not ship with bugs.
That's why you have updates and patches.

One has to hope for bugs in the new iteration of denuvo
