EVarn:China isn't communist. It is state capitalist. They've headed in a revisionist direction since the death of chairman Mao, .04% of the population controls 70% of the wealth of China. Angelofdjeth:Lol..China is capitalist?,this is a very ridiculous assumption. While it is true that the China is mostly socialist with the Communist Party of China owning just over 2% of the total companies in the country; but those companies are the main industries and are responsible for about 20% of industrial output and 50% of GDP. In China,government is the owner of land and all the banks; these are classic highlights of communist.Infact,Government controls right to assembly and speech. China was founded on Mao Zedong's marxist system,but was rapidly deregulated towards socialism to fastrack development,it would probably remain socialist. 1 Like |
