I ask again, how did you write the test in the first place? have you been invited for interview? I just pray the God dat saw you tru the test dat you were not turn bk see you tru, if not, I doubt if they will accept any 2017 discharge certificate. try ur luck and be courageous.

You guys can't be preparing for interview and not know things clearly stated on their career page... How then can u expect to cross the panel stage when they'll see you as being there ONLY cos you need job??

Go to their career page and know their vision , mission, shared values and --TAC (which is what the fidelity man should possess).

Even people got pruned off at the final stage (with MD) cos of simple questions about fidelity they didn't research or their course they couldn't explain

Everyone is after possible interview questions, forgetting that one of the major problem applicants possess is interview anxiety, and no matter how much you prepare, anxiety can ruin all that effort. I have not much to say, but I put it to everyone here that the interviewers aren't dinosaurs but human beings like you and I, most of them can't even match you face to face in an intellectual discussion outside that room, most of them were once dismal students, the only thing that differentiates you from them presently is that they are already staff in an establishment where you are also qualified to work. So dump your fears behind when you leave home, be bold, be confident, answer intelligently, wear a smile and I tell you the sky will be your limit. The worst thing that can happen will be that you won't get the job, so what? Move to the next opportunity. (SENIPAPA)

Personally if I have plenty fine girls for my panel, I wouldn't like it .
But we need possible questions o. That's the easiest way to build confidence. If you have an idea of what's coming , you tend to be more confident.

Because if you're tensed, they can be nice enough to make you calm and pick out one or two sense in what you're trying to say. If you no come know ordinary mission/vision statement...it's well.

Your course of study can help you frame a perfect answer to the question at the same time, something that you like doing that involves interacting with people of diverse culture,race and personality could provide u an answer too. All you need in an interview is be yourself completely so that you would take the session beyond question and answer and take it to the level of conversation...if you are able to turn it into a chat...the probability of you getting the job already stands at 0.7.
