For me, Proudly Nigerian any day - although that passport and name truly has no respect.

Dont get me wrong, we have so many Nigerians doing the country proud in the diaspora but these few egg heads has made other Nigerians laughing stock abroad, we cant deny our country of birth & heritage but it is painful to suffer for what other criminals have done in the name of hustling and making quick money, the Nigerian passport is a big liability, those who are frequent travelers will understand what l am talking about

Yep, very true. Unfortunately, those impressions that people form don't go away so easily, so basically every Nigerian is automatically suspect which is a real shame. We can only try to do our part I guess, but yes this kind of thing doesn't help at all.
