Uniben is a tough school bro. You could have Rented out your land if it is on site. Thay way you could generate more money instead of laying a foundation and living it domant.

In benin if you acquire a land without "developing" it, it would be taken away by the same community that sold it to you and you'll be given another land in another place... So it's advicible one builds on it, it could be a small room or a foundation to prevent those blood sucking community boys to take away the land from you

Oil producing facility used recycling product to generate the power for the industry but it's not same for the environment. What I will want you understand is, the leaders are trading with the project of generating electricity.

I really dont care how they do it, but Nigerians must know there are several places in their country with constant electricity supply, BTW most facilities are powered by gas turbines what do you think GE is doing in Nigeria?

That is why I said, the leaders are trading with the project. GE is one of the largest producer of turbine engines, of course, they are here to do business with Nigerian government, of which, if government really mean business, constant electricity is possible but it is all about trading to loot our money.

Those facilities are operated by foreigners so what has the Nigerian government got to do with it?

I will say the facilities are owned by foreigners and have powered their work stations. The issue with Nigerian government is, they never ready to make electricity project work.
