Please I really need help on what to do, I have tried series of solutions as provided by YouTube but none working for me.

Tbe battery is bad, u need to replace the battery

Thanks guys for the response... Haven't tried another charger yet though. But the charger am using came with it n it's original. The lappy has been charging since Just that it ran down last week sat so I dropped it n travelled only to come bk on Friday and met this fault

Always remove the battery from the laptop before traveling if you won't use the laptop for long.

The battery is gone. Buy another battery.
