the last time I checked, buhari administration completed the railway project and commissioned it for use. GEJ never completed nor put it to use. you can start hundred projects but abandoned all, that makes you a non performance or a fraud.

The building of the tracks were recorded and are on YouTube. They were posted here when GEJ was still president. If I can be bothered I will search for the threads and repost them here along with the ones showing the trains and people insulting Jonathan over it at the time.
