All I see is a lot of mumbo jumbo meant to excite the disgruntled public who are forgetting that all these soporific claims will be settled out of court through what's app messages, phone calls and clandestine meetings filled with begging by the guilty parties!

Ordinarily, yes. But there'll be no firework. All they'll say is, as public figures they don't wish to blow whistle in secret, so they blew it on Amaechi, EFCC go investigate. If its not his, sorry, that's all.
Its not today these men start filing suits.

This is the way to go, Amaechi has done what he needs to do, unlike Saraki that will threaten brimstone and fire to sue, only for him to chicken out while the voices accusing him get decontaminated by time.

This won't end well for Fayose and Co

It seems that the OP and the mods don't know the difference between a lawsuit filed in COURT and an ordinary letter from a lawyer to intimidate those who don't know what they are doing.
