You can buy any generic router that supports 4G with SIM slot and then configure Ntel's APN on it. Eg. TPlink TL-MR6400, D-Link’s DWR-921 or DWR-925
Just in case you are going the Ntel way as a heavy downloader,I must warn you that they have throttling torrent speeds to as low as 65kB/s cry

Mainly Mtn, Etisalat, Ntel except Glo.
I a not sure if they support the Wimax networks like Swift, Smile etc.
