Jabioro: Okay, here goes... Let's say we have half the population of Lagos trying to get somewhere each morning (espescially during the work week). It means they have a limited time to get there (by/before work starts or the bank opens or both including dropping off kids at school. So you've got half the population of Lagos trying to get to all sorts of places within a set time frame (or window). Would it not be better to open up or increase the time window and put less pressure on the roads and enjoy less traffic and better quality of life? 1 Like |

Jabioro: Why not? Do you live in Lagos? (asking for information, no offense intended) scribble: Some households have three cars just to ease this logistical wahala. One to drop Oga, one to drop madam and another to drop pikins Jabioro: It didn't work because some people found a way around it (press stickers/government vehicles). Lagos was Federal capital then. However, resuming at 9am instead of 8am is a totally different kettle of fish lalasticlala abeg some people wan dey resume work by 9am oh (ya own na 24hrs shift) |

Jabioro: Dont really understand how your proposal solves the problem The 1 hour delay, wont everyone adjust accordingly and still inflict same pressure on the roads? 1 Like |
