Kindly request way out from him. If he intend to refund your paypal, find another buyer that he will transfer the paypal to. Also seek for all alternative resolutions to get your fund back. If after all, he still withhold you cash, then flood here with proves so that we can blacklist him

Scammers can be very wicked and insulting, just like the one on my signature. After he scammed me, he still had the effrontery to call and warned me why I created a thread tagging him a scammer and that he'll make a police report for defamation and character assassination against me. To add salt to injury he called me an idiot on top my money.
