Exactly o my brother, i had emcounters in the last camp where peeps wan piss as it was not validating as they were uring a wrong finger.

The name was successfully uploaded on the NYSC site as shown in the first picture below.

But when I tried to begin with the registration, I got this error message.

"No details found. Please, confirm that your details are correct. Ensure your school provided correct details."

All details entered by me are correct.

I have sent been able to sent a mail to NYSC Support email and also Sidmach Support Email but no response. All the phone lines seems to be switched off

Please can anyone be of help.

The otp will be sent to ur email connectedto thatur bank account.. Cos sometimes the otp sent to the fone use to be delayed.so wat I do is Thati just go to my email and use That. Just open ur email down..Try it again

Thanks a lot. I tried again with a different ATM card. This time, I got a message on my phone immediately but the page has been processing since, I'm yet to get to the page where I will have to input the numbers. I will try again when the network is better.
please, I hope my money won't be deducted since I've not input the OTP in any of those transactions?

All is well my dear. This NYSC and other issues have just been keeping me busy. Though I have been able to select my 4 states which are Niger, Kano, Akwa Ibom and Enugu. Thank you again for asking after me.

Okay. The thing is, when yu are registering in camp, without the fingerprint validation, you can't proceed. So, when thumbprinting, there is a saved copy of your fingerprint, which is the one you thumbprinted whem the portal opened for reg, so the saved copy must correspond with the new thumbprint you will be doing in camp. If it doesnt match, no reg. And the lines of fingerprint varies across fingers nd even on the same finger. Hope this helps.

The cafe admin took there detail in the hope to execute it overnight during the thumbprint issues. But the went on using there thumb to print someone else data..
I just dy Laugh in falz voice..

This is so much a big issue in many cyber cafés and it's not usually Network as people are made to believe. some of these cafés don't have java installed on their system and while most do though, a lot of the peeps don't know they need to download and install the NYSC biometric app. I don't know if other apps can be used but I do know this was what rectified the problem in the cafe I did mine yesterday. no one was able to thumb print on 20th in that café as I heard, until a lady raised the app issue and that was the solution...

People should ask the cafe attendants what biometric app they use...
