It can share photos but not videos and music when it is connected and i click transfer files(mtp) nothing happens

Hi @dopedan Does this mean you can't copy & paste videos or music out of your phone storage? Does the system see your phone at all? Kindly shed more light.

umm i haven't used a system yet but i usually watch movies with other phones on my tv with usb but as i connect my hot4 it can only show photos not videos or music. Ive tried all d settings on the phone but nothing seems to work
