Kwara is a wonderful place to serve.
The sun isn't as extreme as you think. I've been there. It's not even as scorching as that of kebbi or other states near the desert.
Another plus is that they have an above par transport system.
You'll be fine.

Bauchi, is not bad. It's pretty cool and you get to be whatever you want. They're liberal and you can have a healthy social life If you're in the right circle. The weather gets hot but it's close to plateau so it's not too hot.
