Okay. The thing is, when yu are registering in camp, without the fingerprint validation, you can't proceed. So, when thumbprinting, there is a saved copy of your fingerprint, which is the one you thumbprinted whem the portal opened for reg, so the saved copy must correspond with the new thumbprint you will be doing in camp. If it doesnt match, no reg. And the lines of fingerprint varies across fingers nd even on the same finger. Hope this helps.

OTP simply means One Time Passcode. it isn't a method of payment. The fastest method remains the use of ATM. what method did you use? go to check payment status to know if you've been debited and if successful. if not, re-pay .

OTP and token are both method of online transaction confirmation..
OTP is a short code send to your registers mobile mobile number to confirm your online transaction.. But hardware token is a small chips that have been synchronized to your online transaction that will tally at the moment of your online transaction confirmation...
OTP and hardwere token are the both online method of confirmation after the use of your ATM.
