Fulani do not come our area because we are armed. we don't look for them, but we are ready always ready for them. they gave the army information about our people's security structure which gets them scared. now the army have come to disarm us, so they can come for attack. but we will still be ready for them. Why do we always hear about reprisal attacks and but never the initial attack. These Fulanis are being ruthlessly murdered on daily basis in that Southern kd but you hardly see it in news.

Sometimes, their cattles were rustled, the little children in charge of the cattles killed, yet you won't see the report in any media.

There was a time they rustled about 98 cows, killed 7 of the herdsmen and cut the private parts of two of the men, media did not report this incidence.

But when the Fulanis carry out reprisal, that is when media practitioners begin to demonstrate some expertise in crisis reporting.

On the issue of farms, these farmers will invite the Fulanis to graze on their farmlands after harvest, for manure only for the same farmers to turn around and feign ignorance of the Fulani's presence in their farmlands and begin to claim damages.

However, there are still some communities where the residents and Fulanis are in very cordial relationship contrary to the impression these eediats are relentlessly trying to create.
