Just be patient and keep checking 'get status' on your phone or laptop to make sure it shows approved with complete and correct details. You can then successfully go to the next stage or print your green card.

yes i know the guy has already had his fingerprint captured successful and also done with the registration without payment but after the registration has been successful, i clicked continue without payment, and it showed the thumbprint page again

That means you need to retake the thumbprint.

I only chose 2 states and my registration was completed Didn't like the other states I saw then I logged off and on and pulled some stunts

pls is just registered and logged in successfully to d nysc website but wen I click on resume it takes me to finger printing page, stating procedures and all, I shuld b able to fill the initial parts before I get to that stage ryt?

You don't need card, as long as you have done your medical, they will tell you to check your name in that big log book.
