They tell you their source is fiverr or upwork but they hack funds from whites which are chargedback when the whites regain control of the accounts

I think one of the ways to curb scammers is to create a valid list of all authentic sellers and buyers.

This means everyone wanting to buy or sell must produce a valid means of identification preferably passport page which is scanned and sent to two trusted and authentic persons known here. The passport numbers will be retrieved from the data page and used to validate passport.

Anyone who wishes to sell or buy must provide a valid means of identification and once authenticated his name is added to the list.

SO anyone who needs to sell just checks the list as well as those who use escrows.

Please this is just what i think.
