Sambisa Grazing Reserve - what are good one!

On a serious note, we heard that the Sambisa Forest is wider
than Abia, Imo and Anambra States' land mass combined. If
that is the case, why worry about creating grazing lands in
the South and West? Why not focus on clearing Sambisa?
That will serve multiple purpose. First, Boko Haram Fighters
will no longer have a forest to hide hostages in or operate
from. Second, our herdsmen will have land for their cattle to
graze in. Third, all these bloody clashes between herdsmen
and farmers will stop.
Just thinking and wondering.

With proper irrigation, grasses can still be grown in sufficient amount in Sambisa to feed the cattles.
