This is in line with the efforts of the RESCUE MISSION GOVERNMENT OF IMO STATE to economically empower the Youths for a better living devoid of dependence. Owelle Rochas Okorocha accompanied by Ugwumba Uche Nwosu and other top members of Rescue Mission Government flagged it off.
