Foremost Educational consultancy service, SJJ Education has said that opportunities now abound in universities in Germany for international students, Nigerians inclusive, to earn a degree or masters in different courses in the European country without paying tuition.

In a statement, made available to newsmen in Lagos, the organisation says," the German government in October 2014, took the step to completely scrap tuition fees at all public universities which allowed international students to study at their universities without paying any tuition fees. "

The statement also said, international students can also benefit from study grants, financial aid and student loans.

"Germany is currently ranked as the 3rd destination of choice for international students (behind USA & UK, but ahead of France, Australia Canada). Its institutions are world renowned in fields of Engineering, Medicine, Business Management, Arts and Social Science.

" As Germany opens up to International students, many of her institutions now offer courses and programmes entirely in English language. This means Nigerian Students can take up Bachelors, Master’s Degree, PhD’s and Research Fellowships without a prior study of the German Language. Student can study the language along with their courses. "

Also speaking, Chairman/ CEO SJJ Education , Mr. Saturday Jackson said his organisation will be the bridge between German Universities and students in Nigeria, providing screening and vetting arm for the universities..

According to him, " We work with a large section of German universities to promote both English led and German led courses to students in West Africa, serving as the Screening and vetting arm of these Universities. We first pre-qualify quality Nigerian students, verify their applications (authenticity, work experience, references, transcripts, interests, etc.) and then place these candidates based on the specific requirements from the Universities."

" We also promote courses for Foundation Schools, Vocational Colleges, University Degrees (Bachelor, Master’s), PhD’s and Research Fellowships. Once our students have been accepted for a University place, we assist them with all they need to relocate, settle and thrive in their academic pursuits.

"Our support teams in Germany will facilitate all the requirements for a smooth transition into Germany. Whilst studying, students can have the opportunity to gain practical work experience and valuable internships with leading companies, institutions and global brands. be ready to spend 10.000 dollars per semester in germany if you are willing to study there. your accomodation and feeding allowance inclusive. to get admission to german public university is hard as their visa process. am not here to discourage you but just to let you know few of the obstacle ahead when you begin the german process. UK is better and quick.

In UK tution fees are 9,000 pounds alone and you still need another 5000-9000 pounds to survive so please what are you saying?
If you meet the requirements you'll be given admission and Visa in Germany(some courses are open in Germany,meaning if you meet the basic requirements you'll be given admission no itches and no questions asked)and you cannot come and tell me that getting admission into a University in the UK is easy,my brother it is not lets not even talk of the visa process which is another stress in its own right.
Uk is not quick please stop lieing.

am currently a student of HOCHSCHULE FUR ANGEWANDTES in the state of bavaria in erding province germany. so i am not a novice of german academic system. you are likely to spend almost the same amount with a uk student. i repeat uk univetsity is cheap and easy. follow UCAS AND PAY YOUR DUES. even some uk university has special arrangment with the consulate making the process become fast as possible. not all uk university charges up to 9000 pounds.

I also have experience with the UK educational system and visa process.You won't spend the same amount with a UK student because the average cost of living in the UK is slightly higher and Tution fees are also higher,so in short you won't spend the same amount.in your previous you said you spend 10,000 euros per semester that's 10,000 euros in 3 months please how Many germans spend that amount.

Uk student visa is one of the hardest to get in the world so again stop talking as if it's so easy like that.You must prove that you have £1,015 per month for living costs if studying in the UK outside of London, and £1,265 a month for living costs if studying in London and those are just the living costs we've not even started talking about Tution fees.

There is no difference between UCAS and UNIASSIST.They fundamentally have the same function.

So please stop discouraging people

oga relax. berlin and london are one of the most expensive city in europe. germany is not cheap. if you live in berlin you are likely to spend like someone who is in london. germany visa process is more difficult than uk. third in the world. after swizz and usa. i repeat again UK university is easy and flexible. you can even allow the university to do the process for you. yours is to appear for the visa interveiw without stress. my friends in university of greenwich and leeds were formely interested in germany not uk but they were denied. uk is the only option. so simple so far you have the cash.

i am not discouraging anyone as i said in my former post.it is my wish i can force nigeria goverment to force german embassey to relax their student visa process. the only way nigerians are entering germany is through asylum means.and there is stop on that now
