wow sister, with computer/internet literacy you can be self employed o. Am a graduate of computer science uniben and i have other certifications BUT am doing well self employed. My office is my laptop AND its not yahoo. I do web designs and write app softwares.

You may consider relocating if its a Job you need, but as for ICT business, start with the little you have. God bless your hustle ma.

Only tow this path if you have someone who is willing to back u financially without complains, else you might end up frustrated.
Another option is to get a teaching job and the use the money which would have been spent on your 'work for free' adventure to learn something or probably get a professional certification.
