Use Torrent and download Udemy videos on graphics design. As many as possible. So many correct dudes on youtube too. Learn photoshop before diversifying into After-Effects, Illustrator to make it easier and have a sound foundation.

With a solid knowledge of these, you will know that Fiverr underpays sef. The real world may even butter your bread pass

It shouldn't be a problem. Depends on your niche. If you're into logo design etc. Then it would not make sense to do that. But for others, it should be fine IMO
