good afternoon nairalanders I need you to educate me on how to apply for new nysc id card, I lost mine and I've been searching since Saturday and it seems it has travelled far away. I want the experienced ones to educate me on how to get another one. 1 Like |

First you need a police report then take the report to your LGi, you will need to write a letter and a token amount will be paid for a new one. Better still, consult your LGi. |

Stormyweather:thank you very much, the thing bothering me is that I saw a link on the nysc portal and the link is telling meet to pay 500, so I want to know whether I still need to inform the zi. |

Harkyn92:Yes, you will have to apply online or the NYSC Public Relations Officer in charge will help you with that. |

Harkyn92:as I said earlier, inform your LGI they are the closest to you. If you tell your ZI I'm sure he will refer you to the LGI |
