I need a lawyer for advise. Please, I bought 7up soft drink this morning, and I discovered different types of particles inside the soft drink. What's the legal consequences of this please? I want to sue them for their negligence.

Hello dear, this also happened to my friend but will tell you same thing I told her so u don't just give me your money as Xmas gift as a lawyer, we must guide u rightly.
Before u can sue d company dear, u must have taken the drink and caused you some damage, d damage must evidently be caused by d drink esp particles in the drink. But the company needs to be put on notice though which u can try to do if u have d video recordings of when d drink was given to u, opened and show visible particles, two or three eye witnesses is enough to write to the company with your experience taking their product. All d best dear.

Oh OK then, u can take several clear pictures of d particles in d bottled drink then if still in ur custody.
Keep d negatives well, take some of d pictures to ur lawyer or don't knw wat state u dwell in naija if u can locate the consumer protection office where u are.
U can start from there.

Then that's pretty cool, try getting pictures of d content in the bottle believed not to have been tampered with. Keep the negatives and take to copies to your lawyer or to the consumer protection office in your state.
