Hello house, I got an info that, according to the school calendar written in the school's April Newsletter, that resumprion is on 30th April.

My question now is, does anyone knows why PG Board has delayed admission up until now?

Or is it normal for candidates to wait until resumption before they can be admitted?

Any explanation why we are drawing near to the 5th month and 2016/17 candidates are yet to be confirmed or admitted, just any explanation will do...

Tallsaloko, radah3, Kebisreal, Emperor650, avicky, or any set closer to 2016/17, especially 2015/16 please find time to respond...

I was at the admission office, PG college on April 10. I saw them sorting some transcripts which means the admission processing was on.
Everything should be okay mid-may.

It depends on which department you are applying to. Though I doubt if PhD candidates write aptitude tests. It will mostly depend on your credentials.
