exactly what i have been trying to say.

If the people had paid attention to history and the way humans hardly ever change in relation to power, they would NEVER had cast their vote for Buhari. Jonathan was not an option and APC didnt bring someone worthy of our votes but the people got carried away by the campaigns and the election promises.
Nigerians will keep making the same mistake during elections till the day we rise above bogus election speeches and promises. where a candidate will have the guts to come and tell you HE WILL GIVE YOU GOOD ROADS AND WATER if you vote for him. Yet you pay tax for these things they keep coming to promise you every time election comes.

You are totally right.

I think that is one reason History needs to be mandatory right from primary schools; and parents as well need to pass on these lessons. People who don't know the history of the current political situation have nothing to learn from, not to mention avoiding past mistakes.

What I can tell you is that lot of underground work is ongoing to see that patriots present a credible party that Nigerians can be proud of. They are looking beyond the sphere of the present parties that are facing crises and challenges.
