I did not say never, I said rarely meaning it is not common.

Besides, all those you mentioned are soldiers whose profession comes with that risk, a choice they made when they took it on.
For humanitarian aid charities, these are people who voluntarily left the comfort of their more established and secure societies where things work to come and live in the wildlife called Nigeria. So yes, I give kudos to them for that.

there is a difference between people freely volunteering to move to help in a war torn zone and soldiers being ordered to go there.

If the threat level is so high,then do what the needful and evacuate all foreign aid workers from that region or intensify/upgrade their security. This shouldn't be so much of a headache now,or should it?

And that is the scary part. And it is not just in Nigeria though Nigeria's case is the extreme. That Trump is the president of America points to this fact. No one cares about truths, facts and reality anymore. I don't believe in God but this is as good as the End Times they keep talking about.

How do u know Nigerians rarely offer humanitarian services in the north east? U need to see how untrained civilians in these areas have decided to protect themselves n their families. In fact the success achieved by the NA is basically due to the support received from these untrained Nigerians. Enof of this over-rating of these foreigners who claim they re helping meanwhile they are only coming for their selfish interest.

Looks like foreigners have better intel on boko haram,compared to our DSS that prefers fighting financial crimes and breaking doors.

I grew up in a military base(naval base to be precise) at the height of the whole ECOMOG fiasco and although I was just a kid back then,memories of how women cried in public over their dead husbands still haunt me till this day. That was how I had to react that way. I wasn't trying to rubbish what you said in any way. Hope you understand me?

Saying it as it is is not over-rating them.

Bill Gates foundation pledged over $100m to end malnutrition in the North. How many of the rich people there (besides Dangote who partnered with BGF) bother about the malnutrition of their people despite living in their midst?

The civilians you are referring to live there, some do not have much choice but to help NA in order to have a peaceful community. The foreign volunteers made a choice to leave the comfort of their countries to live in the dangerous conditions of Northeast Nigeria.

Look, this warning is not about boko haram. It's about the improving Naira value against the dollar. The world bank, IMF are frustrated the Nigerian government is beginning to think for itself and could become a model for other African nations, and indeed other third world countries to solve their economic/monetary problems independently without following world bank and IMF blueprint. For this they want to do all they can to crash the Naira until we do their will. The purpose of this is to scare foreign investors. It has nothing to do with boko haram that the world already knows is a dangerous terrorist organization.

Do you now see the functions of active Intelligence agencies?

We've suffered loss of lives of Nigerians in xenophobic attacks countless times abroad.

Can someone please tell me the exact function of our NIA, besides serving selfish interests that bear no value to common Nigerians?
