Its nt as busy and lively as other major cities, I'lld tag it as a serene environ.on a scale of 1-10 Electricity 5, roads 5 (cos ther r no proper drainage system), economic err... Mainly business oriented, for buying commodities some items r relatively cheap n vice versa
