They both have same styling (exterior and interior) so you won't miss anything out of the ordinary on that regard.

Only difference is the engine size, configuration and technology. L4 for c230 and V6 for c240

So what engine type you desire should help you make a choice among the 2.

IMHO, Mercedes C-class is an entry level sedan/ compact sedan. L4 engine is good enough for it (average maintainan cost, adequate power, excellent fuel economy, luxury and class). If I want to do a V6, I would be looking at the E-class/ mid-size sedan.

I will choose the c230.

I have a honda baby boy '01 version but i want to upgrade to an suv with a good ground clearance,and still a little stylish. compact, '02 and above, good fuel economy cause of traffic in lagos, cheap and easy maintenance, speed, the usuals.

What car do you advice Pls? I have a thing for toyota btw.

Budget is 850k to 1m.

2. I am toying with the idea of importing. Is it worth it?

The closest thing to your budget is a rav4 unfortunately you can only get a Nigerian used vehicle at that amount.
