The School Clerk is system created by Crystalhills Group Nigeria. It is a comprehensive system aimed at reducing the administrative and record keeping burden placed on staffs in educational environments. It is the tool for data collection, processing, analyzing and reporting of educational information.
Another distinguishing feature of the School Clerk is the Birthday chart, it displays the birthdays of student and teachers on the dashboard with the option of sending them birthday wishes with the inbuilt SMS gateway
The system allows various levels of user access ranging from student to school administrator and gives provision for parent involvement in monitoring student records.
The system creates room for one time registration of student with the student migration feature as well as room for attendance, grading, and result generation for students.
School Clerk also possesses financial record keeping features allowing the admin generate payroll slips for staff members, manage expenses,.
The system also has the ability to generate school fees bill and create records of paid bills while being able to quickly extract a debtors list from the system.
The system can be installed in three ways:
* Online on Crystalhills Server
* Online on School Server (On School Website of respective schools)
*Offline on school servers that meets the following requirement
- Linux server with a minimum of 1gb memory space
- MYSQL database provision
- PHP programming language
