Rivers state is one of the states in Nigeria with a high rate of lawlessness, carefree individuals with no conscience. Even with the wealth inherent in this state, development is nothing to right home about. I personally have witnessed and experienced hatred that exists in/ amongst families and communities. For instance, there has been this issue of soot for more than 6 months and I tell you, the government does not even say a jack about it. Many of the youths are into cultism. I don't wanna conclude, but don't b surprised that dead man may be a cultist
