Can't you see that's it's reasons like this that hindered him from making it to top 5 richest Nigerians (I think he's not even in top 10 presently)? There are so many people that are richer than him but only live in duplex not even up to the size of one of his halls.

If he had foresight and penchant to be among the greats or even the greatest, he'd have been least wasteful and maybe he'd have been richer than the likes of Dangote, Otedola, etc.

My younger brother was opportuned to visit this mansion years back...He cld only look in awe,the expanse of land this sprawling mansion sits on is so enormous.
He came back arguing that even the residence of the president Aso rock can't be compared to this mansion.
