Not to forget that you are to put your name and scheme on the Teller.


Thereafter proceed to the Lagos State Mortgage Board office (LagosHOMS) at LBIC Building, Ground Floor, Plot 1 ASSBIFI Road, CBD, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos. Submit the evidence of payment and other documents

At this stage, be rest assured that you have done your part and hope for the best. But let me shock you, there are more MYTHS surrounding the pattern of allocations under this scheme than there are realities or truth.
