1) After I must have dropped the link for the item i want to buy and you've calculated it's cost, will I have to pay first before u purchase the item or will you pay for the item; then when it gets to my destination here in Nigeria, before I pick it I'll pay back

2) Can it be shipped to other states in Nigeria apart Lagos?

1.) Yes you make payment in Naira first after dropping the links before i help you purchase the items but don't worry your money and items are in safe hands as seen on my thread.

2) I ship to anywhere in Nigeria, after items gets cleared in Lagos, i arrange a courier to send your item to anywhere you reside which attracts an additional fee for the waybill from Lagos to your state.
