I used my laptop last night before going to bed.

I woke very early by 4 AM like usually do and decide to on it so I can make payment for somethings. The screen doesn't on but the keyboard is on.

Please what could be wrong?

Try hard reset. Remove the battery and press the on button for close to 2-3mins. Then put the battery back.

If this doesn't work, try to remove the ram one after the other if you know how to uncouple your system to access it.

Another trick is to use a broom stick to block the fan of your PC. you need to be careful with this. On your computer and make your computer heat up for close to 15-20 mins. Then restart again after this period. When it comes up, remove the blocker immediately and press ESC to allow your computer cool before booting completely.

Hello pls am using Hp pavilion core i3 and my laptop won't on though the battery cvharging lights shows cvharging and true power button also blinks in between 15 -20 seconds and goes off butt each time I pressed it, it won't come on... pls help out

When did this start, if it is a recent development try the above method as well. In your case, only try the hard reset.

If it doesn't work, take it to your ENGR. They need to work on it

No, unplug the battery and the charger. Then press the power button for 2-3 mins

Menh, bros, the problem has started again no.

Now only keyboard lights are on. Laptop screen doesn't on at all.

You then elevate your computer as part of the stick will protude outside. on your computer and allow it go very hot for 20-30mins. You will then off it and on it again try it until the screen comes up. when it does, it will show system message before booting, ensure you press esc button to allow it hold for some minutes before booting. then remove the broom stick, allow the system cool till you feel cold breezing oozing out of the computer. then press enter to continue with the rest of the booting and then enjoy your computer.

if you don't allow it cool before you continue booting, it will go off by itself and might result to zero level.

It's back on jare. I did the hard reset several times before posting previously and it didn't work until I switched it off and left it for hours. I just hon it now and found out that it's workings...
