 well let me summarize it it says 70% of ibadan is slum with derelict housing and of 19th century lowest quality residences and are characterised by severe deterioration. Wait, wait, wait, is there anybody still living in Ibadan? That's why I think Buhari government is a total failure, how can he allow people to be living inside Ibadan with this risk of epidemic and plague as the dirty environment can cause civilian deaths?
