For those saying these guys should be deployed to Sambisa note that the two situations are totally different. Combat in Sambisa is closer to jungle warfare while this drill here is more like a preparation for urban warfare/threats e.g.terror strikes,hostage situations etcetera. These ones may not function well in jungle combat since this is a different sort of situation.

I belong to a security family, I know what these men pass thru.. Instead of these frustrated nairalanders to channel their anger to their senators and policians, they are doing channelling to wrong people..

The police elite team is really trying
..now that more of their units are trying to upgrade.. We can appreciate and applaud them..

If we can get our police unit right, gradually, we may stop seeing soldiers on the street as obtainable in advanced countries.. We may get there some day..

E be like say you never enter police wahala before na him make you dey praise them. 95% of the people you see in prison are innocent. I will tell you my ordeal with Police. I just got back from work and decided to buy some food and drug from a drug store on my street. As I stepped out of my compound I saw people running, I was confused as to why they were running. As I walked further I was picked and thrown into their van and taken to the station. I tried to explain myself but all to deaf ears. At the end of the day I had to bail myself with N30k after much negotiations. They went and called some junk pressmen, took some exhibits from their exhibit room and placed in front of the people arrested and asked the journalist or photographer to snap them and captioned the heading robbery and cult gang arrested. Na God go judge the police.
