ok...when you get to oil mill....Ask that you are going to Rumuokwurusi...Take a keke and tell them to stop you at evinok...it's a popular place.

When you reach oil mail, trek to zenith bank or first bank(They are very close), you will see keke drivers shouting evinok or elelewon. When you arrive there, ask for further guidance.
