What makes him a scammer? Please coordinate yourself and stop accusing people without solid proof. Atleast propose using an escrow before tagging him as such.

I don't think running away from Escrow should automatically conclude anyone a Scammer. I once disagreed to trade through an Escrow cos I didn't want a third party's involvement in my transactions till I was schooled here by Escrows' on the need to use one in ecurrency transactions and I agreed to all their objectives.


Let's say we are all innocent until proven guilty.
