You are saying taxpayers! Do militants not kill his fellow policemen? Do you know how many officers have lost their lives? If you are a corrupt and totally ignoble character, you should at least consider your comrade in arms. This is simply inexcusable

Every organization/agency has an auditing team, what is your fume about?

It is the same reason judges who are payed form tax payers or anyone in public service has chosen to neglect their duties to the citizens and sovereign state that police officers sell arms and aid bandits and the evils of society.

The rewards for honest work in the country is poor

State police would be same , don't we have state governors who have failed their immediate societies , commissioners , civil servants business men who deal in dishonest activities in the same communities they grew up in and in which their extended families still live in.

What we have in Nigeria is failure of organisational structure and lack of appropriate leadership for too many years.

This revelation came because of the correction of a previous process failure. There shld have been frequent checks of the armoury

You simply do not know what you are talking about.The man that put nigeria in this nasty structure is no other person but our brother Aguiyi Ironsi who abolished the federal system and put in a unitary system of government in 1966
