That's the truth unfortunately. A seller sent my item to a wrong address and dispute was opened. We had an agreement and I was refunded. You're using a NairaCard, so, the bank will convert the $ back to Naira using the current rate. Na their loss na.

so i have cancelled the order yestadae from super egrow , and i contacted AE cc, they said they re goin to contact the seller to accept the cancellation.
When am i goin to b refunded now?

did u contact Egrow yourself? It's not the duty of cc to contact the seller but you. You might be lucky if Laura accept sha, but try do that yourself.

i contacted them a day before i cancelled it, buh dey didnt repply i guess it was becoz of weekends...

It is only normal to contact the seller yourself before cancelling order cuz you must have an agreement to make the process easy. That's the rule of thumb, at least, from the little I know about AliExpress. Seller might not respond to cc, that's even if cc did contact the seller.
As you've said, maybe cuz you contacted them during weekend cuz Egrow is very responsive; I've had like 5 transactions with her. Maybe the item isn't in stock or forgot to update the tracking platform. You're likely to get response anytime from midnight today.

Update on the two phones I bought here http://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/eqFmaQF last week. She send to my agent in China on Wednesday. My agent send on Thursday and it arrive Nigeria on Friday. I collected it now from ajao estate. Pix below
