Hey guys. I opened this thread to cry out to MTN Nigeria. I have been using there line now of over 8 months and within this period I spend at least 2k on data. Sometimes as much as 6k a week. And I get no reward for this patronage. They give other numbers 100% extra data but mine is excluded in this. They are saying it's randomly selected but to be honest I feel cheated and used because I am a heavy Internet user. And I use Dere 3.5gig in three days max. Which is quite expensive. And other lines pay same 2k for 7gb.which feels unfair to me. So please I know an MTN representative would see this please come to my aid cause I feel cheated... This is my number 09068322162. Please I await a response from you guys. Thanks.

Try talking to a customer service agent, or if you can go to any of their experience centers
I'm sure you can get the answer/solution you need
