the interesting thing is that, when information on such critical assets in the US become widely available, it means they have advanced 2-3 steps ahead of what the world now knows...

Well, the American Association of Civil Engineers has given a 'D' grade to US public infrastructure. In fact, the group says the country needs trillions of $ in funding for maintenance and upgrade of infrastructure
