OP is willing to help the low income earners achieve their aim of owning a house. He can choose to charge any amount, infact he can choose to do it free and that doesn't in any way undermine his profession. Sometimes these things are used as a bait to get clients who will eventually pay big money in the future. You that charge millions, how much have you made?
