Ÿo guys the problem is with my Techno W4 that I got last yr December.

For some weeks now I discovered my phone functions slowly each time on use. sometimes when I browse through facebook or instagram with 3G network enabled, it quits the app or sometimes quits, and then come with a pop up that facebook/instagram stopped working also when I boot or reboot my phone it reads process stopped working and stuffs like that and this is really annoying.

The latest prob now is that I can neither switch on my Bluetooth nor my hot-spot.

I suspect that my phone might be affected with virus or something.

Pls I need your Opinions on how I can safely and successfully delete the evict from my phone.
